Responsibilities

Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all campaigns adhere to regulatory and compliance standards across the UK market. Proactively monitor changes and escalate potential risks.
Data & Reporting: Assist in monitoring funnel performance and offer impact, preparing reports and dashboards for the Product Owner and leadership teams using Power-BI.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of troubleshooting for operational or system issues during offer execution, escalating to relevant teams when needed.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up-to-date records of all offers and processes. Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility and easy access to relevant information.
