We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and lead the Exposure Assessment domain of the platform.

As the Product Manager leading the Exposure Assessment domain, you will work closely with a highly skilled team of engineers, data stakeholders, and security researchers. Together, you will ensure customers can continuously understand, manage, and reduce exposure across their external attack surface.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data center network security portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering strong execution and customercentric thinking.
Partner with engineering and UX to define priorities, guide development, and deliver highquality, intuitive products.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to shape product positioning, messaging, and gotomarket plans.
Present product updates, roadmap reviews, and market analysis to our Clevel executive team to drive alignment and strategic decisionmaking.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is an advantage
Deep technical understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and data center architectures
Extensive product management experience (8-10+ years), including ownership of major product lines in the cybersecurity domain
Proven success leading and developing product management teams, with a track record of driving complex products from concept to largescale market adoption
Strong strategic thinking abilities, with experience defining multiyear product roadmaps and navigating competitive markets
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with a datadriven approach to prioritization and decisionmaking

About the Role
As a Product Manager for our Dispute Resolve solution, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to help merchants manage chargebacks effectively, improve win rates, and scale their dispute operations.
Dispute Resolve enables merchants to handle disputes efficiently - from ingestion and analysis, through evidence generation and submission, to performance optimization - helping them improve win rates, reduce operational overhead, and make smarter decisions about which disputes to fight.
In this role, you will take part in shaping and driving key areas of the Dispute Resolve product, contributing to the definition, execution, and evolution of end-to-end dispute flows across multiple merchant setups, ensuring the product delivers clear value and measurable outcomes. As part of this, you will work on expanding system integrations and evolving our evidence capabilities to support scalable and effective dispute handling.

You will work closely with Engineering to deliver robust, scalable solutions, while balancing technical constraints with business priorities. You will also partner closely with Data and BI teams to drive performance analysis and continuous optimization.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with Go-to-Market (GTM) and Account Management teams to support product adoption, enable new deals, and ensure Dispute Resolve contributes to revenue growth, retention, and expansion. What You'll Be Doing
Take part in defining, executing, and evolving end-to-end dispute management flows across different merchant setups.
