As a Marketing AI & Automation Architect, you will help design and build the systems, workflows, and tools that enable this transformation. You will partner closely with teams across Marketing and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities where AI can unlock scale, accelerate campaign execution, improve insights, and streamline how work gets done. From early campaign ideation to operational execution, you will translate marketing needs into practical AI-powered solutions.

You will design and build AI-powered workflows, agents, and integrations that connect our marketing tools, data, and processes into a smarter, more scalable system. What You'll Own:
Partner with Marketing teams to identify opportunities where AI can accelerate work, improve insights, and scale campaign execution.
Design and build AI-powered marketing workflows including AI automations, agents, and workflows that support key marketing activities such as research, content development, campaign planning, outreach preparation, and performance analysis.
Integrate AI into our Marketing technology ecosystem, connecting AI solutions to core systems including Salesforce, Monday, marketing automation platforms, and data tools using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
Develop scalable, repeatable AI systems and workflows that enable teams to execute campaigns, generate insights, and produce content more efficiently.
Implement monitoring, guardrails, and data quality processes to ensure AI systems are reliable, responsible, and scalable.
Help teams incorporate AI tools and workflows into their daily work and act as a trusted advisor on how to use AI effectively.

Were looking for a highly skilled Web Solutions Engineer-someone who lives and breathes the web, thrives on solving complex puzzles, and enjoys navigating the intricacies of modern browsers, networks, and hybrid environments.
In this role, you will become the expert behind our Web SDK integrations for enterprise customers worldwide. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across browsers, WebViews, and customer environments; enable seamless integrations; and partner with both internal and external engineering teams to ensure high-quality deployments.

What Youll Do:
Lead Web SDK integrations for global enterprise customers, primarily in the banking and financial sectors.
Investigate and resolve advanced web issues including CORS, cookies, storage, CSP, CDN failures, ad blockers, redirects, caching, and hybrid/WebView behaviors.
Support Solution Engineers, R&D, and our customers, by providing high-level technical expertise, root cause analysis, guidance on complex edge cases, and ensure successful deployments
Manage SDK configurations and version upgrades, including bootstrapping, NPM delivery, session continuity, and environment tuning.
Create and maintain technical guides, best practices, and internal training to empower SE teams across regions.
Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, and optimized across browsers, devices, and customer environments.
