We are looking for a highly technical, process-oriented Business Operations manager to join our team. This is a hands-on, non-managerial role focused on designing, building, and scaling the operational engine of our Revenue organization. You won’t just “oversee” processes; you will architect and implement the logic, automations, and systems that enable us to scale efficiently beyond 500+ employees.
What you’ll do:
Architect E2E Workflows: Design and implement scalable revenue processes across the full customer lifecycle (Lead-to-Renewal).
Hands-on Implementation: Translate complex business needs into system logic, automations, and validations. You will be the one building the workflows, not just defining them.
Bridge the Gap: Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, and Finance to ensure data integrity and seamless hand-offs.
Scale with AI & Automation: Proactively identify manual gaps and solve them using advanced automation tools to reduce reliance on 3rd party dev resources.
Requirements: What you MUST have (The “No-Compromise” List):
5+ years of experience in BizOps, RevOps, or CS Ops in B2B SaaS companies
The “Builder” DNA: Proven experience with advanced ai tools to automate simple & complex logic.
CS Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with dedicated CS and sales platforms.
Methodological Thinking: Ability to map out a messy process and turn it into a documented, automated, and measurable system.
English: Excellent level, both written and verbal.
