We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our team in Jerusalem. In this full-time, on-site position, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence within our manufacturing processes. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and enhancing process quality control.
Driving continuous process improvements and reducing variability.
Implementing cost-reduction strategies and capacity enhancements to support manufacturing goals.
Improving line yield through data analysis and optimization.
Leading the transfer of new technologies or products from R&D to manufacturing (New Product Introduction - NPI).
This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet production obligations and advance our cutting-edge laser technologies.

In this role, you will lead process improvement initiatives across existing production lines, ensuring stable, high-quality manufacturing performance.

You will drive process and equipment improvements aimed at increasing yield, strengthening process robustness, and reducing COGS. The role also includes supporting the introduction of new products and manufacturing capabilities.

A key aspect of this position is identifying and resolving production issues through structured problem-solving methodologies. This requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Production, Sourcing, Equipment Engineering, Product teams, and R&D to continuously improve processes and enhance product performance.


Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve manufacturing technologies, performance, and cost efficiency

Identify opportunities to increase production capacity and improve yield and product quality

Establish best practices, methodologies, and routines to support stable and efficient manufacturing processes

Conduct process analysis, yield analysis, and risk assessments to identify improvement opportunities

Lead process upgrades and optimization of existing systems and production workflows

Create and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and technical instructions

Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, vendors, and R&D teams to implement and sustain improvements

We are looking for an experienced Head of Process Engineering to lead our manufacturing processes during a critical growth phase.
This role includes end-to-end responsibility for process development, optimization, stabilization, and operational control, while building the process infrastructure needed to support production scale-up and long-term quality, consistency, and repeatability.
This is a highly Hands-on role, especially in the initial phase, with a strong focus on process improvement, troubleshooting, and operational stabilization. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Process Engineer to join our advanced Engineering team.
What You Will Do:
Full responsibility for process design throughout the project lifecycle, including process calculations, preparation of engineering documents, process flow diagrams (PFDs), technical specifications and definition of control philosophies.

What will you do?
Lead development of new technologies in textile printing (new inks, workflows, and systems)
Identify gaps and opportunities and suggest performance improvements
