We are hiring an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong team leadership skills to join our engineering team and lead hands-on development of a production-grade web platform built with modern, scalable technologies.
What youll do
Lead and mentor a development team while staying hands-on with the code
Design and implement end-to-end features
Build and maintain scalable APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
Ensure high standards of performance, security, and clean architecture
Take part in code reviews and CI/CD processes

backend : NestJS (TypeScript)

Requirements: Proven experience leading or managing a development team
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and NestJS
Solid experience with React
Good understanding of PostgreSQL
Experience with AWS (Docker is a strong advantage)
Background in banking or insurance - a plus
