We are looking for a highly talented and results-driven Strategic Procurement Buyer to join our global procurement team and take a lead role in securing our supply chain excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end technical procurement process for high-impact categories, identifying and qualifying global suppliers that align with our companys long-term business goals.
Design and manage RFP and RFI processes, ensuring technical requirements are translated into clear, commercially sound bidding documents.
Lead complex, large-scale negotiations with international suppliers, focusing on achieving optimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), risk mitigation, and superior commercial terms.
Proactively manage and evaluate supplier performance, moving beyond transactional interactions to foster reliable, high-quality strategic partnerships worldwide.
Conduct deep-dive market research to stay ahead of industry trends, price fluctuations, and global supply chain risks, providing data-driven insights to the procurement strategy.
Work closely with Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure procurement strategies are integrated early in the project lifecycle, optimizing both technical and financial outcomes.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a purchasing team within an industrial or manufacturing environment in a medium/large-sized organization
Good knowledge of purchasing processes, negotiations, commercial awareness, and cost breakdown.
Familiarity with Priority - an advantage
English - full proficiency
Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
