Lead the design and implementation of advanced computer vision and AI algorithms
Own the full lifecycle of algorithm development - from research and prototyping to deployment
Develop solutions across detection, segmentation, classification, OCR, and anomaly detection domains
Continuously improve model accuracy, robustness, and runtime performance
Build and manage training, validation, and evaluation pipelines
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
Work closely with software and multidisciplinary teams to integrate algorithms into production systems
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in computer vision and algorithm development
Proven track record in developing and deploying AI-based vision systems in production environments
Strong experience in accuracy-sensitive domains such as defect detection, measurement, alignment, or classification
Deep knowledge of deep learning methods for computer vision (including CNNs, Transformers, detection and segmentation models)
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Strong programming skills in Python ; C ++ is a plus
Solid understanding of classical image processing techniques (geometry, calibration, filtering, morphology)
Experience delivering end-to-end solutions from research through deployment
Ability to work independently while leading technical direction and mentoring others
