We are building the next generation of AI-powered IT management, used daily by thousands of IT professionals worldwide. Were looking for a Senior Web & Brand Designer to join our creative team and help shape how we show up across our digital surfaces.
In this role, youll contribute to our digital brand expression across the website, landing pages, campaigns, and more. Youll work closely with other designers and cross-functional partners to translate brand strategy into digital work thats clear, confident, and consistent.

Uplift and maintain our digital brand expression

Youll design across a range of surfaces including the website, landing pages, campaigns, banners, emails, and supporting digital materials, adapting brand principles to different needs and formats.
Work within and help maintain digital and brand systems
Youll use existing design and brand systems, contribute improvements when needed, and help maintain consistency across teams and touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with designers and cross-functional partners
Youll work with Brand, Marketing, Content, Product, and Development to understand goals, align on direction, and translate ideas into strong visual solutions.

Join our dynamic Marketing Design Studio team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brands. Bring your personal touch to our brands to craft a captivating design language and exceptional visual assets. In your day-to-day, youll:
Design a wide variety of marketing assets with emphasis on web pages.

About the Role
Initiate and lead high-impact, cross-company design projects that align with strategic goals.

This is a marketing + website design role (not product UX).

Were looking for a high-craft UI / Visual Designer to lead and elevate our marketing design, with a strong focus on our website, brand visual language, marketing assets, and presentations/decks. Youll also support the product with illustrations and motion assets that enhance the overall experience.

What You Will Do
Own and continuously improve our company website (landing pages, sections, visuals, layout, conversion-focused components)
Develop and maintain a cohesive brand visual language across all touchpoints
Create polished marketing assets: campaign visuals, social assets, email visuals, banners, one-pagers
Build sharp, on-brand presentations/decks (sales, product marketing, internal storytelling)
Create illustrations and visual assets for marketing, and occasionally for in-product use
Produce motion/animation assets (micro-animations, Lottie, short loops, web motion, etc.)
Collaborate closely with Marketing (and occasionally Product) to deliver consistent, high-impact visuals
