We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to lead Observability and Continuous FinOps as core platform capabilities .This is a hands-on platform role. You will own the systems, automation, and operating models that give engineers and leadership deep visibility into system health and cloud spend. You are a DevOps engineer first, with primary ownership over observability and cloud financial management.
What Youll Do:
Own and operate observability platform, including metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
Build observability-as-code and self-service tooling for development teams
Define and implement observability standards such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and service health models
Lead Continuous FinOps practice together with Engineering and Finance
Build and maintain cost dashboards, alerts, anomaly detection, and forecasting
Provide clear unit-economics and cost allocation across teams, services, and environments
Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives across compute, storage, and managed services
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
Partner closely with Engineering, Platform, and Finance stakeholders

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join the DevOps team and work across two core domains:

Internal platform and DevOps ownership: Developer experience, CI/CD, observability, reliability, and cost optimization.
Customer cloud integrations: Developing, maintaining, and supporting Infrastructure-as-Code and tooling that customers use to deploy and integrate the product into their own cloud environments.

This role blends hands-on engineering, cloud architecture, and customer-facing technical work, and requires strong Infrastructure-as-Code skills alongside the ability to collaborate with external teams.


Responsibilities:

Internal Platform & DevOps:
Design, develop, and maintain internal platform infrastructure and tooling that improves developer experience, application delivery, and operations.
Build and operate CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), with a focus on fast, reliable feedback for developers.
Own observability and reliability for internal systems using tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Coralogix, OpenTelemetry, or similar, including metrics, logs, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks.
Lead FinOps and cost optimization initiatives across platform services and observability tooling.

Customer Cloud Integrations:
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) that customers use to deploy and integrate the product into their cloud environments.
Design customer-deployable cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including networking (VPC/VNet, routing, NAT, PrivateLink / private endpoints) and security primitives.
Build and maintain deployment tooling (CLI tools, installers, templates, automation) to simplify customer setup and upgrades.
Act as a technical escalation point for customer deployment and integration issues, working closely with Solutions Engineering and Support.
Collaborate with external-facing teams (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering) on customer deployments and integrations, including participating in calls or troubleshooting sessions when needed, sometimes during US business hours.
Collaborate with customers on best practices for secure, reliable, and cost-efficient deployments.

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Cloud FinOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our cloud financial operations. In this role, you'll be the crucial link between our engineering, product, and finance teams, ensuring we build and run our cloud services efficiently and profitably. What You'll Do

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to analyze the underlying costs of customer usage. Your insights will directly shape our pricing models and help evaluate the commercial viability of new features and projects before they're built.
You'll establish and maintain our cloud cost governance framework. This includes perfecting our resource tagging strategy, managing cost allocation, and building automated guardrails to prevent budget overruns and wasteful spending.
You will build and manage insightful dashboards, reports, and alerts that provide clear visibility into our cloud spend for all stakeholders. When you spot an anomaly or a spike in costs, you'll be the one to investigate and escalate it.
You will work with our cloud and SaaS providers to understand their pricing models and discount opportunities. Where appropriate, you'll participate in negotiating contracts to ensure we're always getting the best value.
