As our Insurance Marketing Manager, Israel you'll be responsible for establishing our brand and driving broker engagement in the Israeli market. This is a unique opportunity to build our Israel go-to-market strategy from the ground up, working directly with senior leadership to launch and scale our presence. You'll lead localized marketing programs, broker events, and sales enablement initiatives that position our as the InsurSec leader in Israel.
This role requires exceptional self-sufficiency, cultural fluency in both Israeli and American business practices, and the ability to operate with minimal oversight while staying aligned with global marketing strategy. We are looking for someone who is hungry to build a business in an emerging market and brings a team player mentality, willing to both network with executives and get your hands dirty planning events. You'll report to Chelsea Valente (Director of Insurance Marketing) with a dotted-line to Tal Arazi (Director of Cyber products, Israel).
Regular travel within Israel required for broker visits and events. Occasional international travel may be required for company meetings or training.
How You'll Make an Impact
Support the execution of our Israel market launch, across multiple digital and in-person channels and initiatives
Localize launch materials, messaging, and campaigns for the Israeli market, including translation and cultural adaptation of key marketing materials from English to Hebrew
Support CEO and Lead Underwriter with field enablement and business development opportunities
Own the strategy, planning, budget, and execution of in-person broker events across Israel, including hosted events, industry conferences, and broker office visits
Build sales enablement tools and messaging that help our underwriting team communicate InsurSec value proposition
Develop audience-specific campaigns and content to educate brokers, advisors, and clients on products through webinars and educational content
Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to inform positioning and messaging
Build relationships across the Israeli insurance and cybersecurity ecosystems to identify partnership and growth opportunities
Collaborate with global marketing team to share learnings and best practices between markets
Track and report on campaign performance, broker engagement, and market penetration metrics
Requirements: Required Qualifications
5-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within insurance, cybersecurity, or technology sectors
Native-level fluency and strong copywriting skills in both Hebrew and English
Proven success planning and executing events, tradeshows, or conferences in the Israeli market
Deep understanding of Israeli business culture and broker relationship dynamics
Exceptional self-sufficiency and ability to build programs from the ground up with minimal oversight
Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience working with or marketing to insurance brokers and advisors
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in field marketing or channel marketing roles
Experience working for US-based companies or in cross-cultural business environments
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Iterable)
Experience presenting to senior executives and securing stakeholder buy-in
Existing relationships within Israeli insurance broker community
