Role Description
As a Program Manager for Digital & IT, you will lead high-impact programs and be the focal point for integrating complex systems (like salesforce ) with business processes, product launches, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a rare blend of technical savvy and business acumen. You will need to anticipate bottlenecks, manage senior stakeholders, and simplify complex technical constraints into actionable business roadmaps.
Responsibilities
* End-to-End Orchestration: Lead the lifecycle of complex Digital & IT programs.
* Business-Tech Liaison: Serve as the bridge between IT/R&D and business units (Marketing, Sales, Ops) to ensure technical solutions align with commercial goals and GTM strategies.
* Stakeholder & Change Management: Manage diverse stakeholders globally, ensuring alignment on priorities, managing expectations, and driving internal adoption of new digital processes.
* Portfolio Governance: Track interdependencies across multiple projects, manage global resources, and provide high-level visibility to executive leadership.
* Vendor & Third-Party Management: Lead and synchronize activities with external integrators, subcontractors, and software providers to ensure seamless delivery.
* Process Optimization: Constantly refine our internal "playbooks" for digital deployments and business launches to increase organizational velocity.
Requirements: Requirements
* 3+ years in Program/Project Management, specifically within Digital transformation, IT, or Business Operations environments.
* Proven experience with salesforce or similar enterprise platforms (implementation/optimization) and a solid understanding of the digital ecosystem (E-commerce, Marketing Automation, etc.).
* Experience leading large-scale programs in a global, multi-cultural company.
* A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and move from a "big picture" strategy to hands-on execution.
* Exceptional ability to influence without authority and communicate complex concepts to both technical teams and C -level executives.
* Bachelors degree in a relevant field required. MBA or advanced technical degree highly preferred.
* Languages: Fluent English (verbal and written) - Must.
