What you'll be doing:

The NPI engineer will work alongside with R&D BU, finance, engineering and various multi-functional teams, leading NPI products from am operational perspective
Work with our partners worldwide to establish a supply chain incorporating business, manufacturing, technology, Engineering, quality, and additional aspects to assure design acceptance and manufacturability
Identify critical-paths, bottlenecks and implement risk management methodologies.
Define and lead execution to ensure delivery on schedule according to SOW and budget
Pave the way for NPI Production transition: Active participation from very early pre-design stages, highlighting needed operational related aspects while defining the infrastructure for the future transfer to production stage.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the vendors manufacturing capabilities and influence current and future product qualifications and loading decisions
Develop and implement project management methodologies and processes to improve tracking, transparency, execution, and day-to-day efficiency
Report program status to senior management.

What you'll be doing:

Owning and leading the NVOS including development, testing flow and product life cycle.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will use your expertise in C++ and Python to develop NVOS features and support new products.

Lead NVOS integrations with FW, hardware, and production teams.

Support internal and external customers for any NVOS related items.

The NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of new products from development to full-scale production. This role involves:
Production Line Setup: Design and implement new production lines, including defining jigs, fixtures, and automated processes.
Global Line Duplication: Duplicate existing production lines in overseas facilities (Far East), requiring strong planning and coordination skills.
Process Qualification: Validate and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end NPI transfer projects, covering layout planning, process design, supply chain coordination, and quality assurance until changes are released through the ECO process.
Failure Analysis: Investigate and resolve production issues to maintain continuous operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, project managers, quality, planning, and purchasing teams to achieve production goals.

Own end-to-end product stabilization from first article to production release.

What you'll be doing:
Build the best team to implement and executing high-performance systems
A key member of team technical management team developing world-class switch designs
Lead Pioneering Switch System design from concept to mass production
Collaborate and integrate with all HW project disciplines: Board Design, Mechanics, Thermal, PCB Layout, Production, Software/Firmware, RTL and more
Planning the work of your team on multiple simultaneous development projects with a broader leadership team
Managing direct reports, goal setting, coaching, performance appraisals, career planning and compensation recommendations
Schedule projects, make realistic estimates of outcomes and work to make projects timely and successful for high volume manufacture.
This position is very hands-on and will require you to be intimately familiar with the entire design flow. From a technical standpoint, you will be hands-on and driving the engineering teams working the following parts of the project: specification definitions, electrical schematics, component selection, layout guidance, hands-on testing in a lab environment, accompanying production and qualification processes, micro-architecture, verification, characterization, design for testability, cost ,reliability and more.
