Looking for a technical education content creator to join the education team in a student position. Position entails creating dynamic and effective training content that will be delivered as instructor led class to systems engineers and as e-learning modules for employees and customers.
Position requires excellent communication and presentation skills along with a desire to further enhance knowledge of versatility and uses of multiple products. Self-motivated to undertake tasks and projects as well as developing content and coursework.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Must be able to work with minimal supervision to coordinate training course logistics and details.
Work with Articulate training software to create training content for multiple users
Manage content creations tasks and deliverables, work closely with Project management and Professional services to create relevant content.
Work with the lab tech to make sure e-learning is running smoothly and effectively based on content and feedback.
Facilitate development of training materials and deliver training in support of business development, OEM opportunities, and other special projects.
Requirements: Good knowledge in training authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Rise, etc.
Fluent English
Precise and detail-oriented
Proactive and persistent; able to approach key stakeholders regularly, and obtain required deliverables timely
Good people skills: be in constant interaction with key stakeholders and get them to cooperate and share their deliverables
Good organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Highly computer literate and advanced knowledge of HTML.
Proficiency with popular content management systems.

Experience with social media management.
