we are looking for a driven and technically fluent Product Manager to join the MECI Group within the Software Engineering organization. The MECI Group enables algorithmic development flow by building scalable CI, build, test, and AI-driven tooling that supports the full development lifecycle. Our platforms allow to scale efficiently and increase development velocity, while maintaining high standards of reliability, collaboration, and developer well-being. As a Product Manager in MECI, you will own and evolve core internal platforms that are foundational to how develops, validates, and delivers algorithms. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and developer experience, with broad impact across Algo, Validation, and Platform teams.
What your job will look like:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key MECI platforms and capabilities
Drive cross-organizational alignment on platform priorities, architectural evolution, and adoption strategy
Translate needs from Algo developers, Validation teams, CI users, and Infrastructure stakeholders into clear product requirements, specifications, and user flows
Lead the full product lifecycle - from discovery and problem definition, through design and implementation, to rollout, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Maintain ongoing engagement with users to deeply understand workflows, pain points, operational constraints, and opportunities for improvement
Partner closely with engineering leadership on prioritization, scope, and delivery, balancing short-term needs with long-term platform health
Contribute to building a culture of collaboration, ownership, and sustainable development, with attention to developer well-being

we are looking for Product Managers for a super interesting & challenging position in managing vision based products for autonomous vehicles (AV) and for the latest advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS) for most of the automotive companies in the world.
What will your job look like:
Serve as a technical product manager for both AV and ADAS perception products utilizing vision technologies
Define and manage the core product requirements
Work with the internal development and project teams to define the product Road Map according to strategy
Facilitate development processes across many internal interfaces
Lead KPIs definition and reviews
Actively help improve development processes across different departments
Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
Lead and facilitate internal product design discussions with the technology managers
Joint work with lead car manufacturers, including joined workshops, test drives and functional tuning

As a Product Validation Group Manager in the automotive industry, you will lead multidisciplinary validation teams responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of advanced automotive systems and components.
You will apply cutting-edge validation methodologies, utilize real-time lab environments, and leverage innovative tools to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
As the final gatekeepers, your teams will ensure that every version released to customers meets the highest standards of safety and excellence- enabling faster delivery, smarter innovation, and technology that drives the world forward.
What will your job look like:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a group of 4 teams of validation engineers and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Validation Process Management: Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of validation processes for cutting-edge automotive systems and components in a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment. Ensure all validation activities meet the highest industry standards while continuously enhancing quality, precision, and efficiency to accelerate delivery and innovation.
Methodologies and Frameworks: Utilize the V model and other software developments to structure and execute validation activities. Implement and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methods within the validation process.
Tool Integration and Management: Manage the integration and use of tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, and other CI/CD systems in validation workflows. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline validation processes and improve efficiency.
Real-Time Online Lab Systems: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and operation of real-time online lab systems used for validation. Ensure that all lab environments are fully equipped, optimally configured, and continuously enhanced through innovative technologies and practices to support efficient and reliable validation activities.
Project Management: Plan and manage validation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align validation activities with overall project goals and timelines.
