What youll do:
Take projects end-to-end from concept, research, and ideation to polished execution
Deliver a high level of craft across UX and brand: UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, design systems, and final assets
Use modern design processes, including research, exploration, iteration, and stakeholder feedback
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and other teams across the company
Understand the business and marketing strategy behind each project and translate it into strong design solutions
Own your work managing timelines, assets, reviews, and approvals
Explore and integrate AI-powered tools to improve creativity, speed, workflows, and experimentation

Were looking for a Marketing Design Team Lead who can set a high creative bar for brand and performance, and build a workflow where our designers can operate at full speed without losing quality or strategic alignment. That means taste, judgment, and the ability to build scalable systems. This is a role for someone who is hands-on and a leader, comfortable moving fluidly between brand storytelling and the rapid, data-driven reality of performance marketing.
What youll do:
Creative visual storytelling: Lead the visual storytelling for our brand and performance marketing across video, web pages, social, and every channel we show up in. Your job is to keep brand consistency while also making sure it converts, balancing emotion, clarity, and results in every asset. Setting the standard for what we show, how we show it
Design workflows: Youll own marketing design end-to-end. Taking ideas from concept through production-ready output, while building the systems that make scale possible. Youll refine templates, libraries, and component systems so the team can ship high volume without losing cohesion or quality. Running reviews that sharpen the work and building fast, reliable feedback loops the team can trust.
Team leadership & hands-on: Lead and develop a team of experienced designers day to day, coaching, unblocking, and leveling up taste and channel literacy. Youll stay hands-on where it matters most, high-leverage marketing projects end-to-end, jumping in to art-direct or execute when speed or stakes are high, and taking on work so your team can keep momentum on their own projects. The goal is to unblock, model great thinking, and free designers to fully own their projects.
Collaboration: Partner tightly with Growth, Product Marketing and Product stakeholders to turn data into creative direction. The goal is a tight test-and-learn muscle, quick hypotheses, faster iteration, and constant improvement based on whats actually working in the world.

As a Team Lead Technical Artist, you will lead and mentor the Technical Art team while driving the implementation and quality of real-time visuals in Unity. You will bridge art, engineering, and product to deliver polished, performant, and scalable game features. You will partner closely with the Art Director, Technical Directors, and product teams to define the technical-artistic vision, build highly efficient workflows, and ensure that visuals are both technically sound and perfectly aligned with gameplay and business goals. *We work on site- not hybrid (located in Tel-Aviv)*

Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of the Technical Art team, conducting regular performance reviews.
* Tech-Art Pipeline & Architecture Design: Architect, design, and optimize production pipelines and custom tools to streamline workflows across all disciplines (Art, Dev, Product).
* Asset Integration & Review: Oversee and implement creative assets (art and visual effects) into the game while ensuring strict quality and performance standards through code and asset reviews.
* Task & Resource Management: Prioritize department tasks, manage sprint planning, and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.
* Tech-Art Innovation: Investigate and prototype new techniques, tools, and industry best practices to continually leverage our technology and push visual boundaries.
