We develop event-driven systems and real-time APIs that are used widely across us and are written mostly in Node.js, Go, and Python. Some of the technologies we work with include: Apache Kafka, K8S, managed AWS services (RDS, CloudFront, Athena, ElastiCache, etc), DataDog, and GraphQL.

What youll do:
Develop end-to-end services and features, from gathering requirements and research to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
Integrate and implement AI flows and solutions into the team and department.
Improve quality and find weaknesses in existing processes and services.
Participate in brainstorming and early-stage designs.
Mentor, advise, and work collaboratively within the group, with other development teams, and with all other business teams in the company.

The team is responsible for developing the next generation of disaster recovery solutions based on public clouds such as AWS and Azure. Our solutions leverage a wide range of cloud services and are designed for large scale, high availability, and enterprise-grade reliability.

The Storage Technologies Quality Engineering team within our CoreOS organization is looking for a results-oriented leader with strong technical and interpersonal skills to lead a team of Quality Engineers with a focus on our Software Updates validation. Monitor, manage and operate our cloud services including incident management.

Own the Quality Lifecycle: Design and implement automated evaluation to continuously measure the precision, recall, and faithfulness of the retrieved context against golden metrics.
Optimize Performance and Cost: Architect backend solutions for performance, including designing semantic caching strategies, memory, and context compression.
Data Modeling & APIs: Contribute to the graph model and APIs for retrieving metadata (glossary terms, lineage, schemas), enabling sophisticated context assembly for the agent.
Full Observability: Implement comprehensive tracing and monitoring for every agent component and tool call, ensuring high service reliability and quick root-cause analysis.
