The role of the core model team, within the Business Data & Dev group, is to own and maintain the services and business workflows that manage our accounts lifecycle, while ensuring that our customers have a smooth and reliable user experience.

Youre familiar with modern microservices architecture, technologies, and best practices. We develop event-driven systems and real-time APIs that are used widely across us and are written mostly in Node.js, Go, and Python. Some of the technologies we work with include: Apache Kafka, K8S, managed AWS services (RDS, CloudFront, Athena, ElastiCache, etc), DataDog, and GraphQL.

What youll do:
Develop end-to-end services and features, from gathering requirements and research to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
Integrate and implement AI flows and solutions into the team and department.
Improve quality and find weaknesses in existing processes and services.
Participate in brainstorming and early-stage designs.
Mentor, advise, and work collaboratively within the group, with other development teams, and with all other business teams in the company.
Continuously learn and follow new technologies both for personal growth and to ensure we are making the most informed technology choices possible.

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join our team of our advanced co-pilot product, powered by Generative AI (Gen AI). This product will revolutionize the way users interact with our software, providing real-time assistance , boosting productivity , find Interesting insights and suggest the best next action.
you will:
Lead, collaborate, and drive research in large language models to advance our product.
Directly contribute to experiments, including designing experimental details, writing reusable code, running evaluations, and organizing results.

We are searching for a highly motivated Escalation Engineer to join our R&D team.
The goal of the Escalation Engineering team is to provide our customers with the highest level of customer experience by providing quick solutions to complex technical problems and to ensure that they get value from the entire products portfolio by setting quality standards. The team extracts and analyzes a huge amount of data from the latest IT technologies available today. Our Escalation Engineers must learn fast and adapt to quickly changing technology in order to maintain and develop our product line. The Escalation Engineer investigates issues related to our product suite and provides timely resolution while coordinating with other technical groups in the company. Our Escalation Engineers are our go-to resource for our most challenging customer cases, which can include technical complexity or politically charged escalations.
