What Youll Do

Core Product Analytics & Adoption Insights (Primary Focus)

Act as the analytical owner of our product ecosystem, connecting the dots across teams, challenging assumptions, and calling out when data shows we are heading in the wrong direction.
Analyze and monitor holistic product health across Minute Medias product ecosystem, including adoption, engagement, retention, and usage funnels.
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards in BI tools such as Looker, providing product leadership with a clear, consolidated view of performance against strategic goals.
Partner closely with Product Managers to define success metrics for new features and initiatives, ensuring every launch has clear, measurable objectives.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behavior, identify usage patterns, and segment users or partners by engagement, product mix, or lifecycle stage.
Diagnose performance issues or opportunities, translating data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for product strategy and prioritization.
Innovation & Experimentation Support (Secondary Focus)

Serve as the dedicated analytics partner for a cross-functional innovation squad focused on developing and testing net-new products.
Define measurement frameworks and success metrics for experiments, pilots, and proof-of-concepts, ensuring fast learning cycles.
Analyze A/B tests and experimental results, delivering clear guidance on whether to iterate, pivot, or scale new ideas.
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define event tracking specifications for experimental features and new products.
Provide rapid, good enough insights in a fast-paced environment, translating ambiguous questions into practical data points that keep momentum high.
Strategic Collaboration & Communication

Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, BI, Design, and commercial teams to align analytics with business and product goals.
Present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders, influencing roadmap decisions and investment priorities.
Contribute an analytical perspective to product strategy discussions, helping teams understand not just what is happening, but why.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience querying large datasets (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Athena, or similar).
Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, with a focus on building clear, decision-oriented dashboards.
Deep understanding of core product metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, funnels, and feature usage analysis.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn vague questions into structured analyses and clear conclusions.
Experience supporting A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or rapid test-and-learn product development cycles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments and balancing long-term frameworks with short-term execution.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a product management role, ideally within a B2B startup environment.
Proven track record of shipping GenAI-powered features in production (chatbots, assistants, LLM-powered applications, or interaction layers).
Hands-on experience with the GenAI product development lifecycle: data integration, prompt design, user interaction flows, deployment, and iteration.
Strong knowledge of GenAI evaluation techniques (custom evals, quality testing, metrics design, hallucination/error detection).
Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation, data pipelines, model integration, and fine-tuning - from a product perspective.
Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in handling data and utilizing it to make informed decisions.
