* Ensure high standards of security, compliance, and product quality
Requirements: * Proven experience leading technology teams in complex, large-scale environments
* Strong proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, Python, SQL, NoSQL
* Experience managing DevOps and CI/CD environments
* Background with GenAI technologies – significant advantage
* Strong project and budget management capabilities
* Hands-on mindset with the ability to dive deep into development and delivery processes
