The Director of IS Business Applications is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of enterprise software applications that support the GTM key business functions.
This role ensures that business applications support organizational goals, are aligned with IT strategies, and deliver a high level of user satisfaction. Ensure proper documentation, training, and support processes are in place for all.
Develop and manage budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements (SLAs).
