As a Platform Engineer, you will help lead our Infrastructure, SRE, CI/CD, Security, and Scale/Performance efforts. Your work will have a direct impact on development processes across the entire R&D organization.

The Platform team doesnt manage all of our services on their own - they build the tools and guidance so our Development teams can own them end-to-end.

The team also builds and maintains internal AI-powered platform capabilities, including in-house MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that support R&D and Data teams with enhanced automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven developer tools.

Take an active role in the Platform engineering team that focuses on all aspects of CI/CD infrastructure, GitOps full automation, and operational metrics to ensure the highest productivity for our Cloud infrastructure. This includes contributing to new AI-augmented internal tools and workflows that improve engineering velocity and operational visibility.

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive experience to lead the design, development, deployment, and operation of large-scale software solutions. This role is a critical bridge between Software Engineering and Infrastructure, demanding a deep proficiency in building and operating reliable, scalable systems within a complex Big Data environment.
What you'll be doing all day:
Own Reliability and Scalability: Lead the architecture and implementation of best practices to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and horizontal scalability of our critical systems, operating within a vast Big Data landscape.
