Key Responsibilities
Sales Excellence and Strategic Execution
Achieve or exceed sales targets for oncology relevant portfolio within your territory.
Develop and implement a territory business plan that aligns with strategic goals and therapy area
objectives. Ensures the review of what and how objectives are achieved.
Identify gaps in the patient's journey, find opportunities, optimize resource utilization, and drive growth in a
competitive market.
Leverage customer insights, market data, and analytics to shape go-to-market strategies and actions.
Analyze MS and sales target in your territory and flag challenges in patients' journeys as needed
Manage budgets according to local needs, ensuring effective resource allocation and operational excellence
across all relevant territories.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with oncologists, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the
oncology MCs
Utilize omnichannel tools to deliver personalized and impactful work
Facilitate engagements and projects to strengthen presence and leadership
Oncology Expertise and Thought Leadership
Serve as a therapeutic expert, staying ahead of the treatment trends and competitive landscape
Effectively communicate science, value, and differentiation to healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with Brand manager and cross teams to align on strategic priorities and ensure consistent messaging.
Compliance and Ethical Standards
Act following Code of Ethics, Global Ethical Interactions Policy, and local regulatory
requirements.
Maintain transparency and integrity in all customer interactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Foster a culture of ethics and accountability, serving as an ambassador for commitment to ethical
business practices.
Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience:
o Proven results in pharmaceutical sales, with oncology experience being highly preferred.
o Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and exceeding targets.
o Familiarity with cancer care pathways, treatment guidelines, and healthcare systems.
Skills:
o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.
