Reporting to the teams Art Director, youll work with key stakeholders across teams company-wide to create clear, consistent, aesthetically-pleasing and engaging storytelling across a variety of platforms. Responsibilities
Create and execute visual concepts that elevate the Faye brand across campaigns, social media, presentations, landing pages, print (sales collateral and merchandise), events and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the Comms, Growth Marketing, Biz Dev, HR and Ops to create cohesive, effective storytelling that supports business goals.
Maintain and evolve Fayes brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
Develop marketing assets that communicate key messages clearly while protecting and strengthening visual identity.
Identify opportunities to enhance our brand presence through smarter design systems and workflows.
Generate original ideas for social, product launches, and brand-led initiatives.
Manage projects from concept to final delivery with strong attention to timing, rhythm, and detail.

As a Senior Marketing Designer, you'll shape how we show up across every marketing touchpoint. This role is ideal for a strategic, craft-focused designer who understands how to balance brand storytelling with performance-driven design.

End-to-End Ownership: Take full charge of design projects, from the initial "why?" all the way to the final pixel (or print file). You own the process, the timeline, and the quality of the output.
