Required R&D Community Manager (Student)
Job Description
As part of the R&D Brand & Community team, you will:
Lead and support community initiatives such as meetups, events, workshops, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, and video content - from planning to execution and promotion
Build meaningful relationships with our developer community by actively engaging across social and community platforms
Identify and participate in relevant discussions in external communities, forums, and platforms to strengthen brand presence and influence
Research competitors, monitor industry, technology, and AI trends, and provide insights that help shape brand positioning and community strategy
Track performance, analyze metrics, and assist with reports to continuously improve community engagement and impact
Manage day-to-day community and social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and moderation across multiple channels.
Requirements: Student candidate with up to 1 year of experience (or relevant internships/projects) in community management, social media, content, or brand engagement roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, including familiarity with AI tools, platforms, or current AI trends
Strong interest and basic understanding of technology and software development; background in computer science, engineering, or tech-related studies is an advantage
Strong passion for community building, social media, content, and digital platforms
Ability to turn insights from trends, data, and research into actionable initiatives
A natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under pressure
Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills and a hands-on attitude
Familiarity with social media platforms, community tools, analytics, and content management systems is an advantage
This role is open to students with at least two years remaining in their studies.
