Requirements:

Be the voice of Professional Services - Playing a pivotal role in the product lifecycle and its roadmap
Lead the enablement of new products - From Beta, to Limited Availability (LA) through to General Availability (GA)
Serve as the primary technical point of contact during early product rollout and stabilization. Take end-to-end ownership of new products and features.
Enforcing best practices across product operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability
Deliver, create and maintain in-depth product documentation and training for Professional Services and business teams

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development for large-scale, cloud-based systems.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
Proven experience working in AWS environments, building and operating production-grade systems.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and multi-tenant architectures.
Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Aurora) and data modeling.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Backend Software Developer.
Proficiency in one of the following: Python, TypeScript.
B.Sc. in Computer Science with a GPA above 85 - MUST.
