We are looking for a motivated Senior Automation Engineer to join our Prisma Browser QA group in our Tel Aviv R&D center.
The team is responsible for the design and execution of system, regression, and performance tests for the Prisma Browser. In this role, you will implement automated End-to-End (E2E) system tests for a cutting-edge enterprise browser that runs directly within the user's workspace, securing corporate data and enabling seamless productivity.
You will participate in our group's effort to improve overall product quality by developing, maintaining, and running complex automation suites. You will also play a key role in adopting modern methodologies, including AI-driven testing, to accelerate our fast-paced process of development, test, and release.
Your Impact
You will be an integral part of the Browser Automation QA team.
End-to-End Ownership: Design and develop automated tests for new features under Automation ownership, covering both UI and backend flows.
AI Innovation: Leverage AI capabilities and LLMs to optimize test generation, analyze failure patterns, and enhance the efficiency of the QA process.
Developer Experience (DevEx): Build tools and frameworks that increase developer experience across the engineering organization, enabling faster feedback loops and smoother CI/CD integration.
Infrastructure: Maintain and evolve complex automation infrastructure to support cross-browser and cross-OS testing.
Stability & Analysis: Debug existing tests, improve stability, enhance runtime efficiency, and perform deep analysis over nightly runs.

Lead an automation team (5 engineers), and provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer
What Youll Do
Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated testing frameworks for backend and UI.
Build and execute automated test suites using Playwright, with strong focus on backend validation.
Write and maintain comprehensive System Test Plans and related documentation.
Test APIs (REST/GraphQL), including authentication flows, pagination, and complex data validation.
Implement service isolation using mocks and containerized environments (Docker).
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to define test strategies and ensure high quality.
Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into the delivery process.
Perform manual testing when needed, including exploratory, regression, and edge-case analysis.

You will be responsible for designing test plans, developing and maintaining automated test suites, and promoting a quality-first approach across engineering teams. As an Automation Engineer, youll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions for Evinced products. Youll work with a range of automation frameworksprimarily Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), but also Cypress, Selenium, TestCafe, and others as needed. Youll create and maintain cloud-based automation environments, build new projects from scratch, and help shape our automation strategy. Youll also have the opportunity to mentor and support remote engineers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team.

Your Impact:

Expand and support test coverage using additional frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, TestCafe, etc.).
Build automation projects and frameworks from scratch.

Mentor and guide remote junior automation engineers.
Investigate test failures and debug issues.

Stay up to date and adopt new test automation technologies and best practices.

As a Senior Automation Architect , you will design, build, and maintain our test automation infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of availability, reliability, and quality. Youll own the testing lifecycle end-to-end, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in strengthening both product quality and the automation ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and modular automation frameworks for backend and frontend domains.
Define best practices, patterns, and standards for test automation architecture, ensuring long-term maintainability and reuse.
Build automation infrastructure that scales with growth integrating seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure automation systems are resilient, distributed, and optimized for speed and scalability.
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain advanced frameworks, tools, and technologies (Playwright, TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.) across multiple projects.
Drive GenAI and AI-assisted automation innovation, implementing smart agents, self-healing tests, or AI-based analysis tools.
Define and implement non-functional testing (NFT) capabilities performance, load, and reliability testing as part of the automation strategy.
Partner with developers, DevOps, and observability teams to correlate test data with production metrics and system health indicators.
Design solutions for distributed and parallel test execution, ensuring optimal performance in large-scale environments.
Conduct code and architecture reviews for automation projects to maintain technical excellence and consistency.
Mentor engineers and serve as the go-to expert for automation frameworks, scalability, and test strategy design.
