we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to be based in our Israel office. This role is primarily dedicated to supporting systems located at the facility, while also providing additional support during peak demand periods at customer sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and reconfiguring test systems and probers, supporting device program development, overseeing facility equipment, and coordinating with external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconfigure office-based systems and probers in alignment with device program development requirements.
Supervise facility equipment and coordinate vendor support for maintenance and repairs.
Provide technical assistance to customers and field teams, both on-site and remotely (via phone or email).
Install and upgrade test systems, including hardware options and software updates.
Diagnose and repair system issues at both facilities and customer locations.
Be available for frequent travel, including international assignments

Technologies involved are: High speed Ethernet (10/25Gbps), Ethernet Switches, CPUs, QAM/OFDM modulation, 1.8GHz RF designs (Amplifiers, couplers, attenuators, filters)
You will take part in developing a board: design (schematics, layout, bring-up), integration ( Embedded software integration, system integration) and extensive verification testing (board level and system level).

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing products
Setup TEST stations, install, validate and implement into production
Leading projects into production full responsibility
Analyzing data and yield metrics to identify improvements efficiently and cost reduction
Generate full reporting, presentations with detailed analysis, corrective actions and follow-up
Reading electrical schemas and data sheets
Support R D and Production activities. Work closely with ATE and HW teams
Overseeing production to ensure meeting standards specifications
