What will your job look like:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Firmware/Embedded Software Engineers in developing and optimizing autonomous vehicle software components.
Ensure project requirements are clearly defined, and deliverables are met on time and to quality standards.
Oversee the design, development, testing, and optimization of firmware/software solutions in alignment with company needs.
Facilitate collaboration between software engineers, algorithm developers, and cross-functional teams to achieve integration goals.
Promote best practices in coding, testing, and system optimization within the team.
Review code and system designs, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to technical standards.
Analyze system workloads, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements in system performance and reliability.
Coordinate the development and utilization of testing infrastructure to validate firmware performance in simulation and real silicon environments.
Manage resource planning, team schedules, and project timelines to ensure successful execution.

What will your job look like?
You will research, design, and implement Linux kernel drivers and OS features, ensuring compliance with security best practices.
Maintain and enhance existing kernel components while mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
Integrate embedded software solutions in our company's automotive platforms, including HW bring-up, debugging, and unit testing.
Conduct threat modeling, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments for Linux-based embedded systems.
Optimize memory management, I/O, networking, and storage security within the Linux kernel.

The EyeQ SoC Performance Modeling and Profiling team is part of the EyeQ Platform Group (EPG), working on both current and next-generation designs for ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and Autonomous Vehicles (AV). Performance models and profiling tools are essential components of the EPG infrastructure they are used during the hardware architecture definition phase of the EyeQ chip and by software developers to optimize performance.
What will your job look like:
You will be part of team that develops EyeQ SoC Performance Modeling environment and emulators
You will work on SOC performance analysis and optimizations.
You will be running HW benchmarks, to measure HW performance and to calibrate the simulation environment to match the performance of the silicon board.
You will be working on HW performance analysis and tuning, and influence future company EyeQ SoC design.
You will have the opportunity to work on open-source simulation and profiling tools and adopt them to our company's needs.
You will work closely with HW architects and SW/Algorithms developers.
