. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Operations Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will join a dynamic company and will report to the Director of Operations
The operations Admin plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient flow of materials, equipment, and supplies across all sites. This role oversees day-to-day logistics execution, supports field operations, maintains operational readiness of Storage areas, and ensures full traceability of equipment and shipments.
Requirements: Manage procurement operations, including creating purchase orders (POs), tracking PO status with vendors, reconciling deliveries against POs, and supporting supplier communication.
Coordinate and execute inbound and outbound shipments of materials, equipment, and supplies across multiple sites.
Prepare and manage all logistics documentation, including packing lists, labels, and waybills, while ensuring full traceability and compliance with internal processes.
Track shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve delivery or scheduling issues.
Maintain accurate records of materials in transit, Storage, or managed through third-party providers.

Qualifications Competencies
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Logistics Supply Chain administration, or a related field.
Experience with Priority ERP
