Our company, located in Sderot, is seeking for a Business Development and Marketing Manager for Land Electro-Optical Systems.
Requirements: Relevant academic degree
MBA or equivalent an advantage
At least 5 years of proven experience in managing complex international programs and/or leading marketing campaigns and business development
Experience and background in land-based electro-optical warfare systems an advantage
Experience in the defense industry an advantage
Experience as a Marketing Manager in a multidisciplinary business company an advantage
Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and proven ability to lead marketing campaigns
Excellent interpersonal skills a true team player
Ability to work independently with various client levels, excellent communication and presentation skills, professional presence
Very high level of English (written and spoken)
Additional languages an advantage
Willingness to work intensively, including irregular hours
