Lead the UI design of complex, professional SaaS products and platforms

This is a critical role as we expand the impact of our UX writing team and lay the foundation for the future growth and impact of this team in Israel, where the team is driving core IP for our company.

What you'll do:

Craft clear, concise, and engaging messaging for our product ensuring alignment with brand voice and style guidelines.
Establish and implement standards for the tone and voice of our product by writing a comprehensive best practices guide that can be socialized across the product organization.
Collaborate and work closely with product designers, project managers, developers, and leadership to ensure the adoption of best practices, ensuring that Rubrik's product messaging remains clear and consistent.
Identify areas of improvement for language in our product. Recommend, test, and validate those changes.
Collaborate with the UX research team to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, translating insights into effective copy.
Align product language with marketing language by maintaining consistent terminology and using clear, compelling language that resonates with our audience.
Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all user touch points.
In conjunction with our technical writing team, manage our product glossary of terms, disambiguating synonymous terminology and ensuring consistent usage throughout the product.
Provide guidance and support to the UX writing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

As a Senior Product Designer, youll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs. You will work within a product team, leading end-to-end design (UX & UI) from discovery to ideation, testing, and production. You will be a leading part of a growing Design Team that includes Product Designers and UX Researchers within the Platform Services group. As a Senior UX/UI Product Designer you will...
Participate in discovery efforts to generate an understanding of user needs and opportunities.
Develop design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to effectively validate design ideas, and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Design a pixel-perfect UI to improve user productivity.
Work alongside UX researchers, Product Managers, Developers, Technical Writers, and Data Analysts within your squad.
Identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and collaborations, and actively lead efforts to promote solutions.
Collaborate with other designers to share knowledge and best practices.
Work with and contribute to our Design System and ensure user experience consistency across the platform.

Responsibilities
Create and execute visual concepts that elevate the Faye brand across campaigns, social media, presentations, landing pages, print (sales collateral and merchandise), events and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with the Comms, Growth Marketing, Biz Dev, HR and Ops to create cohesive, effective storytelling that supports business goals.
Maintain and evolve Fayes brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
