We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the company team.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, supplier pre-qualification, RFP/RFQ management, negotiations, contract execution, and order lifecycle management.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong, ongoing vendor relationships.
Maintain and manage the vendor database, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders across departments, providing procurement guidance and support.
Analyze market trends and demand forecasts to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
Monitor, track, and report key procurement KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial controls, and operational procedures.

The Buyer will be part of the Procurement team and work closely with HR, Facilities, Marketing, and Technology departments, supporting a wide range of projects.
We are looking for this special someone who thrives under pressure with a high attention to detail. They should demonstrate excellent organizational, exceptional multitasking, teamwork skills, getting things done approach , and AI Native mindset, as well as having experience with complex negotiations.
What am I going to do?
Global indirect purchasing focal point: Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end procurement process
Manages relationships with local & abroad key suppliers to achieve high quality performance, on-time delivery, and cost optimization
Conduct market research and source new services and suppliers
Day to day vendor management
Provide excellent service to the relevant departments
Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Manage complex legal contracts, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit.
