We’re seeking an outstanding Backend Engineer with a Generative AI orientation to join our research team. We are building a new AI Platform from scratch to standardize AI development methods, ensure excellence and efficiency, and deliver robust, scalable, and compliant AI capabilities. This platform will handle GenAI models deployment, prompt management, data filtering, logging, and monitoring, centrally, so individuals can focus on their own business-specific logic. Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support fast, reliable integration and deployment of GenAI systems across complex environments, including orchestrating multiple models/agents and MCP clients/servers.
* Develop, deploy and integrate AI solutions and agentic frameworks, creating both command?line tools and interactive notebooks that support our team’s research and workflow automation needs.
* Build and manage data pipelines and databases (SQL) for large?scale data handling, automating data collection and curation (e.g., adversarial prompts for model red-teaming) to support AI training and evaluation.
* Integrate research into production by implementing the latest generative AI advancements (including white?box LLM development), integrating different models and agents, and developing evaluation frameworks (e.g., agentic reasoning tests) as part of our automated workflows.
* Deploy GenAI models from repositories such as HuggingFace onto our AWS platform, connect them to data pipelines, and automate end?to?end processes for prompt generation, labeling, and response evaluation.

* The Delivery department combines intelligence, data, and technology experts to provide tailored solutions to major tech clients across a wide range of abuse areas and online harms. As the Delivery Operations Team Lead, your mandate is not only to improve efficiency and operational agility but also to build, mentor, and scale a team of individual contributors into a cohesive, elite unit. This role requires a sharp, action-oriented leader focused on driving operational excellence across the Delivery team. Roles and Responsibilities
* Translate Delivery’s strategic goals into clear, scalable execution plans, with margin optimization as a core KPI.
* Lead cross-Delivery operational coordination and methodology, partnering with vertical leads to translate client and project needs into scalable, automated workflows that drive standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness.
* Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Operations team, ensuring Ops Managers act as clear POCs for their verticals.
* Drive the adoption of new automation and AI-based operational tooling across Delivery to improve scale and efficiency.
* Track operational performance and impact through KPIs, dashboards, and structured reporting.
* Own Delivery operational governance, including org charts, onboarding flows, and cross-Delivery operational processes.
* Own Delivery knowledge management, ensuring operational and client data is organized, accessible, and reusable.
* Plan and manage the Delivery budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, margin analysis, and vendor optimization.
* Act as the VP Operations’ right hand, supporting Delivery-related planning, presentations, and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.

Were looking for a Technical Engagement Lead to guide the technical success of these strategic customers. In this role, youll be the key technical counterpart to frontier-model teamshelping them design, structure, and execute complex AI safety programs. You wont be building prompts or running evals yourself; instead, youll lead the technical architecture and orchestration of our work, ensuring quality, coherence, and impact across multiple workstreams. Youll work hand-in-hand with a Senior Account Manager, delivery teams, researchers, and product leaders to help GenAI customers push forward safely and responsibly. What Youll Do

We are looking for a driven and experienced leader to manage a growing interdisciplinary team of LLM Agentic AI Researchers, Computational Biologists, and Immunologists. This teams mission is to build a cutting-edge agentic reasoning system powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), capable of generating structured, biologically grounded sequential explanations based on predictions from proprietary foundation model-trained on hundreds of millions of immune cells. The product the team builds is a pillar of AI strategy, with the potential to redefine the way a drugs mode of action is understood.

As the Product Manager for the AI models of core product offering, you will be responsible for defining and driving its product strategy, requirements, roadmap and delivery.

The product focuses on addressing real-world challenges in drug development by leveraging AI foundation models and multi-omic data to map and predict human immune response.

You will be working closely with our team of Data Scientists, Computational Biologists, Deep Learning Researchers and Engineers.

What will you do?

Set the long-term vision and strategy for AI models, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Define product requirements and build a clear, prioritized roadmap for model development and delivery.
Lead benchmarking efforts to evaluate model performance against internal baselines and external best-in-class models.
Collaborate with AI research, data science, engineering, and biologists to translate scientific advances into scalable product capabilities.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, including data strategy, training priorities, evaluation criteria, releases, and post-deployment monitoring.
Identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact use cases where improved model capabilities create meaningful business or scientific value.
Communicate strategy, progress, and key decisions to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
