We are seeking an NPI Engineering Build Manager who is passionate about working on products that enable deep learning. Our team manages the NPI networking supply chain for engineering activities. Activities start from very early engagement with design engineering team and follow through all quick turn NPI builds at the shortest possible cycle time. Our team supports all these engineering quick turn activities by engaging with the engineering team, material suppliers, Operations team, and the PCB manufacturing team. All the parties need to be kept aligned while engineering keeps changing either the material sets or the process.

We are looking for someone can work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. You are someone who enjoys working on groundbreaking technology and enjoy working with people to take on problems. As a Build Project Manager, you are able to see both the high-level view and be proficient in tracking and following up on detail whether it is an existing product that requires new qualifications or a ground up new product. We will expect you to understand technical detail and be able to translate that into program impact.

What you'll be doing:

Build project's production plan per product's lifecycle, and execute it with NV manufacturers

Communicate with other team members and suppliers to get project details.

Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, diverse project needs, and tight timelines.

Ability to report on program details in Alignment meetings.

Track and communicate key deliverables, constraints, risks, dependencies and clearly identify critical paths while working with ASIC, product, test, software, board, system engineering and planning teams and other program managers towards a common goal.

Manage cross-functional communications independently, work within a matrixed and publish progress/roadblocks and highlight risks to upper management.

Bring diverse and globally distributed teams together to tackle complex problems and work towards closure.

Lead and attend cross-functional NPI meetings related to your product and highlight key Ops issues while ensuring that the product is ready for production.

Be an active participant in the NPI team by recommending methodology improvements that we can practice as a team.

Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end NPI program lifecycle for hardware products, from concept through ramp to sustaining to EOL

Role and Responsibilities:
Test Development & Validation
Design, develop, and implement test plans, test fixtures and infrastructure.
Collaborate with R&D to define test requirements early in the product lifecycle.
Develop test scripts and automation software (Python, LabVIEW, C#, etc.) to improve coverage and efficiency.
Validate test coverage, yield, and reliability through statistical analysis (GR&R, Cpk, SPC).
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Support EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with test readiness and execution.
Lead test process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) or ODM partners.
Train CM engineers/technicians on test systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Manufacturing Support & Continuous Improvement
Monitor production test yields, debug failures, and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to reduce test time, cost, and false failures.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures.
Support ECO (Engineering Change Orders) by updating test plans and equipment accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with hardware, firmware, and reliability engineers to improve product testability and robustness.
Partner with Quality and Operations to ensure smooth scaling into mass production.
Engage with suppliers and CM partners on test strategy alignment.

We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in central Tel Aviv. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our innovative R&D team and our manufacturing partners, ensuring our cutting-edge drone systems can be produced reliably, efficiently, and at scale. What You'll Do As our NPI Engineer, you will own the process of transitioning complex electro-mechanical products from the prototype stage to volume production. You will work closely with our R&D team and contract manufacturers to ensure our designs are optimized for manufacturability and our production lines are robust and scalable. Key Responsibilities: Lead the transition of electronics and mechanics projects from prototype phases to successful volume production. Design the layout of package substrates using Cadence Allegro Package Designer.
Apply package substrate layout design rules from manufacturing point of view and electrical requirement considerations.

Mechanical Engineer (UAV Systems) We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the hardware and mechanics team developing an advanced multidisciplinary loitering munition system. This position involves full lifecycle responsibility for multidisciplinary projects from concept and requirements definition, through system architecture, hardware and software design, payload integration, testing, qualification, and customer deployment.

The role requires a strong multidisciplinary mindset and the ability to lead complex technological efforts, aligning R&D, product, testing, and production teams toward shared goals while driving the continuous evolution of the UAV platforms capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a coherent, modular, and scalable system roadmap for the UAV platform, supporting both current and future projects.
