The candidate will need to ensure the Networking SW is delivered on time and in high quality, by executing and tracking of quality improvements workstreams. As a Software Technical Program Manager, you'll work with all Networking SW departments to ensure excellent standards and execution of Software Products Quality. What youll be doing:

Responsible for scheduling, planning, and controlling action items and delivery process.

Define and improve process, guidelines, checklists across various SW group.

As a Senior technical program manager in the Software Networking Architecture team, you will be a pivotable function in managing the software programs in the phase between initiation till its ready to be added to engineering as plan of record (POR).

Define and Improve Processes: Identify gaps in current architecture practices and establish program management methodologies for planning, prioritization, and KPI alignment.

Act as the lead Technical Program Manager for one of the core networking software technologies, driving the program from initiation through integration into the engineering Plan of Record (POR).

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge across teams, programs, business units, and functions to align efforts, anticipate challenges, and ensure smooth execution.

Oversee the Big Picture: Manage technical and business dependencies, facilitating scalable communication, and enabling coordinated execution across the organization to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

What will your job look like?
Manage an OEM Account throughout the various business development phases, from roadmap alignments to new design wins
Focus on leading the RFI/RFQ pre-sales process managing requirements responses, leading technical and product reviews
Lead ADAS/AD evaluations by OEMs through all project stages setting goals, timelines, milestones, HW/SW installations and managing critical escalations
Facilitate discussions with technology product managers for new products
Lead discussions with OEMs and Tier1s including joint workshops in Israel and abroad.
