The NPI engineer will be responsible for the configuration control of products, and all aspects of NPI processes. 
Responsibilities:  
* Building and managing Production files: BOMs, Product documentation, working instructions, and drawings. 
* Transfer to Production of new products Full NPI processes. 
* Conducting and implementing product changes (ECOs, deviations) and configuration control, managing product lifecycle E2E. 
* Ongoing  Technical Support at FTK sub-contractor's production line sites (IL and US) with existing and new products, an initiative for production line continuous improvement. 
* Support operations engineering and quality processes such as root causes analysis, CAPA, etc. 
* Lead the company certifications and compliance maintenance -International and sustainability. 
* Work closely with various departments in the company to define manufacturing procedures.
Requirements:  * B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering 
* Hands-on experience with PLM - Product BOM, Change Control Management, and Product Configuration. 
* Experience with SolidWorks an advantage 
* Technical experience with HW components including writing working instructions and part replacement procedures - mandatory 
* Independent, assertive, and proactive approach being able to own a task and deep dive into the relevant details surrounding it, leading projects/tasks E2E 
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and a real team player. 
* Multitasking skills to be able to work on multiple tasks in parallel. 
* Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking. 
* Microsoft Office tools - Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools.
