We are seeking a motivated and organized Delivery Operations team member to support operational excellence across multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
The role includes collaboration with internal teams (Delivery, Finance, Business Operations) and external interfaces (primarily customers). It also involves managing the scheduling and time allocation of technical teams, both internally and for customer-facing activities. Responsibilities include calendar coordination, CRM system management (Salesforce), and general operational support.
The position includes working with global teams and customers across multiple time zones, requiring flexibility, clear communication, and strong organizational skills.
Role Purpose and Impact
This role plays a critical part in enabling the delivery organization to operate efficiently, ensuring that both internal and customer-facing teams are well-supported, aligned, and able to focus on delivering value. The Delivery Operations team acts as the operational backbone that connects business needs with execution.
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
Assist the Delivery team with internal processes and tools (such as Salesforce and other system-related needs)
Coordinate internal and external scheduling for technical teams
Manage team calendars and ensure efficient time allocation
Support process improvements and workflow optimization
Work closely with internal departments and external customers to ensure smooth delivery operations
Requirements: 1+ years of experience in an operational role, preferably in a global high-tech company
Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
High level of professionalism and discretion
Fluency in English required
Technical environment: Daily work with Salesforce, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), project management tools (e.g., Monday), and internal reporting dashboards.
