Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the exploration and introduction of open academic resources in the ICT and related fundamental theory fields in the region, including academic papers, academic activities, competitions, open datasets, etc..
2. Develop targeted resource expansion strategies based on the characteristics of the regional academic ecosystem (e.g., top local universities, research institutions, industry alliances) to enhance the platform's academic influence locally.
3. Monitor regional academic trends, identify high-value collaboration opportunities (e.g., regional academic conferences), and promote resource alignment and implementation.
4. Resolve regional issues in the resource implementation process (e.g., data compliance, localization of copyright agreements, language adaptation, etc.).
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize regional academic activities (e.g., technical seminars) to enhance Chasparks brand penetration in the local academic circle.
6. Establish a regional expert network (e.g., scholar advisory board, review committee) to support platform content quality assessment and resource screening.
Requirements: 1. Regional Academic Resource Integration & Implementation Capability
- Possess insight into the regional academic ecosystem, familiar with the distribution of academic resources in the ICT and related fundamental theory fields in the region, and able to accurately identify high-value collaboration opportunities.
- Familiar with regional academic resource platforms and databases, expertise in resource screening, evaluation.
- Strong ability in localized resource integration, able to promote academic resource implementation by combining regional characteristics (e.g., policy compliance, language adaptation, data format).
2. Cross-cultural communication and regional collaboration capability
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with local universities, labs, industry associations
- Excellent language skills.
3. Project management and execution capability
- Capable of managing the entire process of regional academic projects, able to coordinate technical and operational teams to complete resource introduction, data processing, and platform launch.
- Skilled in planning and executing academic events (such as regional seminars), including topic design, expert invitation, local dissemination, etc.
Professional Knowledge:
- Master's degree or above, with a preference for fields such as computer science, electronic information, data science, etc.
