5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a specialization in discovery platforms (Meta & TikTok).
Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale performance campaigns (minimum of $500K monthly spend on Meta).
Deep expertise in paid social, including advanced knowledge of platform tools, attribution, and performance metrics.
Creative and analytical mindset able to generate unique concepts, spot and adapt to platform trends, and pair creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Savvy in the creator and UGC ecosystem, with strong awareness of how this world shapes platform performance and consumer behavior.
Hands-on experience with AI tools daily use for workflow optimization, creative ideation, data analysis, and campaign execution.
