Key Responsibilities Lead Search Growth: Own the strategy and execution of Google Search Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with Tailors business goals and customer acquisition objectives. Campaign Optimization: Manage and refine keyword strategies, bidding models, and audience segmentation to maximize LTV/CAC, conversion rates, and ROAS. Creative Excellence in Search: Partner with content and design teams to deliver compelling ad copy and landing page experiences that convert. Experimentation & Innovation: Drive continuous testing across keywords, landing pages, and automation strategies to identify scalable growth opportunities. Deep Analysis & Reporting: Transform campaign data into actionable insights, clearly communicating performance and recommendations to leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Creative teams to align acquisition efforts with broader company goals.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in online marketing with a specialization in Search Ads (Google Ads a must) Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale Google Search campaigns with significant budgets.
* Deep expertise in SEM, keyword management, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and attribution models. Creative and analytical mindset able to generate compelling ad copy and landing page concepts while optimizing with a data -driven approach. Hands-on experience with AI tools daily use for workflow optimization, creative ideation, data analysis, and campaign execution.
* Experience in B2C environment is highly preferred.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Nice-to-know Location: Based in Rothschild, Tel Aviv. Hybrid Model: Four days in the office, one day remote.

hiring a Head of User Acquisition who will lead a strategic, data-obsessed, and execution-focused team. The Head of User Acquisition will own and optimize all paid digital channels (search, social, display) to drive a qualified pipeline, accelerate ARR growth, and improve marketing efficiency across commercial and enterprise segments. Responsibilities
Own and optimize all inbound paid media programs (search, social, display) to drive qualified pipeline and ARR in both commercial and enterprise segments

10+ years of experience in B2B paid media performance, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth tech company
Minimum 35 years of direct team management experience
Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline through multi-channel paid media strategies
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms
Strong grasp of segmentation, targeting, and full-funnel campaign architecture for both commercial and enterprise buyers
Experience aligning paid campaigns with landing page strategy and user flow to maximize conversion
Equal parts data scientist and creative strategistyou can analyze performance metrics and optimize creative with equal confidence
High attention to detail, a bias toward action, and the ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines
