Join our dynamic and innovative team as a Senior Full Stack Developer, where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. Utilizing your expertise in Node.js and React, you will work on cutting-edge projects that drive our company's success and deliver outstanding user experiences.
What Youll do:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Node.js and React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, architects, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Architect and implement new features and enhancements, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users.

Development of advanced operational systems in a highly challenging technological and engineering environment
Hands-on work with real-time operational systems
Frontend development using React.js, alongside Backend development in Node.js or Python
Building distributed services and working with databases such as Postgres and Elasticsearch
Working with CI/CD processes and environments such as OpenShift and Kubernetes
Close collaboration with integration, system, and product teams throughout the entire development lifecycle

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work
Set goals, plan, manage and mitigate risks, define tasks and manage timelines to execute a roadmap
Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring your team
Collaborate with other engineering teams across the R&D organisation
Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers

Recruit talented developers to

See the big picture of group tasks and make decisions
Be at least an 80% hands-on developer as part of the team
Influence the Engineering team by interacting with stakeholders outside the team
