As a Technical Writer , you will be expected to develop complex technical documents, ensuring that products are used safely and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, researching, and interviewing. Responsibilities
What will you be doing:

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product experts, and product and project managers to prepare technical documentation that communicates complex, technical information clearly and concisely, for the intended audience (customers, FSE, engineers, integrators, subcontractors, etc.).
Develop and update the following types of documentation for hardware and software products: User Manuals, Installation Guides, Preventive Maintenance Manuals, Service Manuals, Release Notes, Technical Field Orders, Technical Notes, Customer Notifications, and online help for product lines.
Support all Customer Support TTS (Transfer-to-Service) activities, as well as documentation activities from other Nova departments worldwide.
Work according to predefined styles.
Create relevant graphics for documentation.
Publish document updates to the Nova Technical Knowledge Center.

What Youll Be Doing?
Monitor and analyze support tickets and chatbot conversations to spot trends, recurring questions, and areas where self-service documentation can help.
Translate these insights into clear, user-focused articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides that anticipate and solve problems.
Collaborate closely with Support, Product, Engineering, and Field Engineering teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across all content.
Continuously refine documentation to improve searchability, readability, and user experience, ensuring customers find answers fast.
Manage updates and revisions for existing documentation while maintaining consistency and quality across all content.
Track the impact of new and updated content (e.g., reduction in ticket volume, improved chatbot accuracy) and adjust strategy accordingly.

Main Responsibilities
Researching, developing, writing, reviewing and updating product documentation such as User Guides, Installation Guides, API Guides, Release Notes,
Online Helps, etc.
Ensuring the technical accuracy, quality, clarity and completeness of the documentation set for a product release, as part of a team.
Working independently, yet collaboratively and flexibly, as a team player on dynamic, challenging projects with team members located on-site and in
distributed global locations.

Own and manage Documentation delivery workflows, ensuring tasks, releases, and dependencies are tracked and delivered on time.
Coordinate and publish release notes for both internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee External technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and developer guides.
Automate documentation processes, transforming code annotations and technical details into clear, structured guides.
Drive process automation using AI tools to improve efficiency in delivery and documentation workflows.
Lead the documentation effort and work closely with product managers, engineers, solution architects, professional services and product marketing managers to align priorities and deliverables.
Ensure documentation meets brand, style, and usability standards for internal and external audiences.

WHAT YOULL DO
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to ensure that all documentation remains accurate and consistent with the products features and design.
Proactively maintain the employee-facing internal knowledge base by collaborating with fellow technical writers along with stakeholders from a wide variety of other teams, including Product, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and more.
Validate and maintain customer-facing troubleshooting guides by coordinating with Developers, Experts, and Technical Writers.
