Execution & Optimization
Write clear product specs that include technical definitions, mapping rules, edge case handling, and downstream consumption logic.
Work hands-on with Databricks, Spark, SQL, and Python to analyze datasets, test logic, or collaborate on experiments.
Identify data anomalies, misclassifications, and inconsistencies, and lead efforts to resolve them in systematic and productized ways.
Design workflows for historical tracking and versioning of datasets.
Requirements:
Experience
4+ years of experience in data product management, or as a technical product manager or solutions architect in a big data environment.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional data initiatives involving data engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
Experience delivering data products for both revenue-generating direct sales use cases and scalable platform integration.
Hands-on experience with large-scale data collection, classification, curation, and delivery systems, especially in companies that build or sell data products.

We are seeking a Loyalty Platform Product Manager with over 3 years of experience to lead the development and evolution of our Loyalty & Referral Product platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring our platform provides smart, scalable, and robust foundations that empower product teams to deliver exceptional features efficiently. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and data science to drive the development of internal tools, APIs, and systems that support an AI driven vision of Loyalty.
Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the Loyalty platforms strategy, aligning it with overarching business goals and ensuring it meets the needs of various product teamsincluding AI/ML teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with engineering, AI/ML, design, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration of platform capabilities.
Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a clear, strategic roadmap for platform enhancements, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability.
Developer Advocacy: Champion the needs of internal developers, ensuring the platform provides intuitive APIs, comprehensive documentation, and reliable tools to streamline their workflows.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in product management, including 2+ with platform/infrastructure products.
Technical Skills: Solid grasp of APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and SDLC.
AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML into platforms (e.g., model hosting, inference, pipelines).
Strategic Thinking: Able to align platform capabilities with business goals.
Communication: Clear communicator, comfortable translating tech for non-tech stakeholders.
Education: BSc in CS/Engineering; MBA/advanced degree a plus.

This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of cybersecurity, AI, and product strategy. You will be responsible for defining our cyber artificial agents and applications, leading early-stage discovery, and shaping prototypes into clear product opportunities that can be delivered by the company.

As a PM, you will translate governmental customer problems, threat research, and industry insights into actionable roadmaps that guide platform toward solving the most pressing security challenges. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product discovery for cyber use cases of governmental agencies, from market analysis and customer needs to threat landscape research.
Define and own the problem statements and success criteria for AI agents and applications in the Detection, Risk, Response, and CTI pillars.
Partner with Cyber & AI research groups to drive innovation, design and validate prototypes that prove feasibility and demonstrate customer value, and transition validated concepts into scalable reasoning and model capabilities.

Requirements:

Ability to collaborate with cyber researchers, AI scientists, and engineers to turn concepts into prototypes and production features.
Hands-on understanding of enterprise IT environments (e.g., identity, network, cloud, logs, configs).
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage customers, executives, and technical teams.
