We are seeking a Mobile Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, driving the design and development of new features for our iOS and Android apps. You will ensure high performance, scalability, and user-friendly experiences while guiding the technical direction of mobile development. This position requires strong technical expertise, project leadership, and a passion for creating outstanding mobile apps.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical direction and execution of mobile development for iOS and Android platforms
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile applications
Drive best practices in mobile app development, including performance optimization and security
Ensure seamless integration of third-party libraries and SDKs
Oversee technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure the success of projects
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
Proven experience in Android development
Proficiency in Kotlin
Experience in SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
Strong understanding of mobile development best practices, design patterns, and architectures
Proven ability to lead technical projects and solve complex development challenges
A passion for delivering high-performing, secure, and user-friendly mobile applications
Experience with mobile app performance optimization and debugging tools
Strong knowledge of mobile security best practices
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
