Responsibilities
Develop processes and documentation that ensure reliable and compliant manufacturing operations of NPI releases
Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures,)
Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) from NPI through production release
Create and implement engineering change orders (ECO) at system integrators
Partner with Engineering to design, source and qualify new hardware platforms
Work with cross functional teams of engineers and suppliers to drive RCCA on NPI hardware and software
Lead NPI projects for the Technical Operations team and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Review and approve First Article Inspections at all global factories
Summarize and communicate NPI yields and quality issues to the leadership team
Communicate concisely verbally and in writing to leadership. Will be required to present monthly and quarterly NPI status reports
Lead global product compliance certification with suppliers and 3rd party labs (UL, CE, BIS, KC, BSMI, etc.).

Reporting to the Israel Service Manager (ISM), the Field Service Engineer (FSE), troubleshoots, services, installs (deploys) and repairs Explosive Detection Systems (EDS), Conventional X-Ray Systems (CXS) or Computed Tomography (CT) equipment at customer sites. An FSE must be team oriented and flexible, and actively seeks to share information and assist his peers. Possess solid communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrates strong electronic repair troubleshooting methodology and maintains at least an intermediate technical level of product knowledge. Cross trains on all products serviced in the field, and displays proficiency in servicing all equipment across the product line. Willingness to work on special projects, some of high visibility, as assigned. Looks for common-mode problem occurrences and seeks to resolve, both independently and with the aid of others.

Has a working knowledge of PC applications (MS Applications, SAP, and Reporting tools) to provide clear, concise information summaries as required.

Duties:

Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction
Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field; provides customer training as required.
Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis
Order, install, and return parts and manages repair parts cycle time
Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers as necessary.
Participates in Service sales opportunities and assists with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
Ensures that tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
Assesses product/equipment performance based on field support data; recommends modifications or improvements.
Seeks to provide technical support to customers and other service professionals as required.
May participate in site surveys, pilot program service activities, attend meetings, champion special projects and prepare exclusive reports.
Possesses a solid level of technical knowledge on the companys X-Ray and CT products.
Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written
Establishes and maintains a close relationship with senior level FSEs and Product Managers in order to support the needs of the customer and remain aware of current technical trends.
Exercises every available measure to control and minimize costs.
Travel, overtime and work hours other than Sunday -Thursday may be required.
Comply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies.

Role and Responsibilities:
Test Development & Validation
Design, develop, and implement test plans, test fixtures and infrastructure.
Collaborate with R&D to define test requirements early in the product lifecycle.
Develop test scripts and automation software (Python, LabVIEW, C#, etc.) to improve coverage and efficiency.
Validate test coverage, yield, and reliability through statistical analysis (GR&R, Cpk, SPC).
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Support EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with test readiness and execution.
Lead test process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) or ODM partners.
Train CM engineers/technicians on test systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Manufacturing Support & Continuous Improvement
Monitor production test yields, debug failures, and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to reduce test time, cost, and false failures.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures.
Support ECO (Engineering Change Orders) by updating test plans and equipment accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with hardware, firmware, and reliability engineers to improve product testability and robustness.
Partner with Quality and Operations to ensure smooth scaling into mass production.
Engage with suppliers and CM partners on test strategy alignment.

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Chipset System Validation Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our advanced radar chipset systems. This critical role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive validation strategies that guarantee our chipsets meet the highest standards before delivery to Tier-1 automotive partners. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with systematic validation methodologies to validate complex radar systems
Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive validation test plans and procedures for radar chipset systems and associated software components
Execute end-to-end system validation testing, including functional, performance, stress, and regression testing
Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineering teams to define validation requirements and acceptance criteria
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and validation tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
Perform system-level integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between chipset hardware and software components
