looking for an Architect focused on Cloud Products to join us in Raanana. In this role, you will specialize in the design and development of cloud-ready Infrastructure and application architectures, including automated container platforms, deployment pipelines. You'll lead the on-site implementation of technologies like OpenShift, OpenShift Data Foundation, Smart Management and Ansible Automation Platform. You'll play a key role in the enterprise development of our customers, helping make our solutions both practical and workable for their businesses. You'll work to gain an understanding of customer infrastructure and business needs, make recommendations that resolve their issues, and help them make strategic decisions.
As a Cloud Architect, you will help customers build enterprise applications and capabilities around cloud technologies to streamline development and allow for continuous feature release of Infrastructure and applications.

What you will do:
Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, with a strong hands-on focus addressing technical, development, and strategic IT requirements through hands-on implementation and direct engagement
Understand industry practices and policies, procedures, and values
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting best methods to obtain solutions
Implement and integrate open and hybrid cloud solutions including Open Shift and other offerings
Team up with our customers to rapidly build application prototypes using modern application development practices and open source emerging technologies
Manage and gain understanding of domains like micro services, API management, and web- scale architectures, DevOps engineering and application delivery, container-based continuous delivery (CD), cloud automation, and everything-as-code
Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
Contribute to project documentation and diagrams, including ticket or bug management
Mentor and share your knowledge with customers and the existing team
Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market
Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods

As a core developer for one of our OpenShift AI teams, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in one of our component teams as well as the affiliated open-source communities. You will work as part of an evolving development team to rapidly design, secure, build, test, and release new capabilities. The role is primarily an individual contributor who collaborates closely with other developers and cross-functional teams. You should have a passion for working in open-source communities and for developing solutions that integrate Red Hat, open-source, and partner technologies into a cohesive platform.

You will work as part of an evolving development team to rapidly design, secure, build, test, and release new capabilities. Design and build observability and optimization tools for large-scale GenAI workloads running on Kubernetes

What you will do:

Design performance test plans for new MLPerf Training and Inference suites (datacenter & edge) covering LLMs primarily.

Execute accuracy, performance and power submissions; triage regressions and drive improvements using LoadGen logs, traces, and other profiling tools.

Build and maintain highly optimized container-based harnesses (Podman/Kubernetes) for benchmark execution, dataset pre-processing steps and compliance checks for reproducible CI execution.

Profile kernels, GPU runtimes and distributed collectives; propose patches to Red Hat AI software stack to remove bottlenecks revealed by results.

What you will do:
Play an active role and contribute to multiple open source projects and communities like Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Open vSwitch (OVS), and Open Virtual Network (OVN)

Develop and integrate changes in multiple projects to provide end-to-end solutions

Troubleshoot, analyze bug root causes and provide resolutions

Review design, enhancement proposal and patches from other members
