About the Role:
As an Engineering Manager, youll join to code and lead engineers in an empowered product squad. Youll play a big part in architecting and developing our building operating system and our applications stack and work with the team to plan, shape, and deliver impactful outcomes.
As a leader in the team, you are expected to work in one box with your product manager and lead designer and grow the engineers personally and professionally.

As Head of Product Analytics, youll lead a talented team, work closely with Product, Growth, and R&D, and set the strategy for how we use data to create smarter, better user experiences.
What Youll Own
Lead and Grow the Analytics Function
Build, manage, and develop a cross-regional team of product analysts.
Prioritize and oversee the teams work to meet fast-moving product and business goals.
Mentor team members, clear obstacles, and create a high-performance environment.
Define Strategy and Processes
Set the analytics vision and standards across the product organization.
Create scalable processes through AI for experimentation, user behavior analysis, and product insights.
Push for quality, consistency, and real business impact in every piece of analysis.
Partner Across the Company
Work closely with Product Managers (Growth & Core), R&D, and business leadership.
Ensure analytics stays laser-focused on high-value questions and outcomes.
Champion a culture of data-driven thinking across teams.

Make plans, iterate and pivot with your team to achieve the domains goals

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to head one of our three engineering teams. This team will comprise BE, FE and mobile developers, and a QA engineer. As the team lead, you will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring successful delivery of projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of backend, frontend, mobile developers, and QA engineers.
Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions that align with business goals.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, set priorities, and establish project timelines.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Identify and address technical challenges, providing guidance and support to team members.
Monitor and improve team performance, productivity, and overall efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when appropriate.
