The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts our partners at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. This is done through the combination of good marketing and media understanding and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers.
Success in this position requires good analytical skills, experience working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate them into solutions. The role also requires working with internal cross-functional partners, and the experience to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines and aggressive targets. The position also entails creating partnerships through nurturing relationships and becoming the sought out expert for all things growth marketing.
This role will be located in our Tel-Aviv Rothschild office.
Client Solutions Manager, Gaming, Tel Aviv Responsibilities
Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of our solutions
Work and collaborate with broad group of internal cross-functional teams
Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs
Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance.

We are looking for a Programmatic Integration Manager to work with exciting, top-of-the-line partners in the online media world.
As a Programmatic Integration Manager, you will develop senior level relationships with our strategic partners with a focus on integrations and adoption of the Advertising Platform technology.
The Integration Manager will work closely with our A-list partners, assist the sales/business development teams in pre-sale/post-sales processes, responsible for the setup of new integrations, ensure successful launches and become a trusted source of technical understanding and know-how.
How youll make an impact:
As a Programmatic Integration Manager, youll bring value by:
Accountability for the overall integration process including but not limited to: project initiation, collection of requirements & specifications, defining timelines, hands-on integration with partners systems, including debugging, initial QAing and leading to successful integration launch
Setting up automated alerts and trends reports to help monitoring and detecting integration issues.
Ownership for troubleshooting new and existing integration issues.
Proactive investigation of the technical flow with all programmatic partners including the real-time-bidding funnel and patterns and in the case of video, VPAID analysis to detect anomalies, errors, other load issues and missed opportunities, to maximize revenue from existing integrations.
Management of numerous assignments and resources in parallel, prioritizing customer/partner requirements and managing it with Product management & R&D
Participating in customer meetings (including at customers offices) as needed

The Role:
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for designing, building and advancing the scalable and robust backend part of the platform which is responsible for ingesting, and processing large volumes of medical data coming from all our enabled hospitals.
You will be responsible for:
Building a scalable, always on, mission critical medical data ingestion platform
Building and mentoring the team. Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of your team.
Working closely with the AI group to easily and seamlessly integrate AI models into the software pipeline.
Working with other engineering and product teams to ensure the solution is aligned with the product and business vision
