We are seeking a highly motivated NOC Engineer to join our support team in Israel.
In this role, you will monitor and maintain critical systems and environments, respond to real-time incidents, and support a wide range of technologies. This position is ideal for a Computer Science student in the final year of studies who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate central monitoring systems for multiple environments and technologies
Respond to system alerts and incidents in real-time and escalate when necessary
Perform initial troubleshooting of network, server, and application issues
Conduct log analysis and basic scripting or development tasks
Configure and maintain Windows/Linux server environments
Support cloud and hosting infrastructure
Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system health and continuous improvement.
Requirements: Final year Bachelors degree student in Computer Science from a university, with a GPA of 80 or above
Availability for ~2528 hours per week, including 23 night shifts (8pm5am) and Friday shifts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments, networking, and APIs
Basic understanding of cloud environments and hosting infrastructure an advantage
High level of written and verbal English a must
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a structured, team-based environment
Willingness to undergo training during daytime hours.
